Ray Hill’s BrewHouse is scheduled to open in the beginning of 2010. We will have seating for 150 in the restaurant / bar and another 150 seats in the upstairs banquet & tasting room. Here at the BrewHouse, we will showcase over 6 varieties of beer that reflect Ray Hill’s interpretation of world beer styles.
When developing the beer recipes, Ray kept in mind how certain foods would pair well with each beer so the menu will feature meals that compliment his creations.
The meals served at the Restaurant will be similar to the food pairings under each description of beer on our BEERS page.
As we get closer to the opening date, we will provide more details about the restaurant such as our hours of operations, our menu, and information on how to book banquets and large parties.
